We take pride in serving the legal and health-related needs of older persons and their caregivers. "Elder Law" is defined by the population that we serve rather than the type of services rendered. We develop and carry out holistic, elder-focused legal plans for short-term and long-term care and financial security of older adults and their families. Disability and chronic health conditions present major problems for many older adults as they age such as heart disease, arthritis, and dementia. With changes in family dynamics resulting in less supports, the population of elders are affected by such phenomena as divorces among themselves and their children, children living all over the world rather than being nearby. Once identified, these unique legal needs require sensitive attention and solutions of Older Persons - and their Caregivers and families. |
